Proof Bread consists of a small group of passionate bakers that is a modern throwback to a way of life that values small-scale craftsmanship, local community, and creativity. The owners Jon and Amanda make sure everything is made by hand with no short cuts. All of their products from the croissants to the breads allow most everyone even gluten sensitive folks to enjoy whole grains grown locally as a result of fermentation.
